How an order works
Everything is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before anything is cut.
Ordering
Choose your pieces, cuts and sizes, then send your bag to us on WhatsApp. We confirm the pieces, the sizes and the delivery with you, then send you a link to pay. Your piece is cut once payment is received.
Making
Every piece is made to order in one of our sizes in our Doha atelier, in seven to ten days.
Delivery
Inside Qatar: QAR 50 per delivery.
GCC and worldwide: QAR 100. International orders arrive in about two weeks. Customs and duty are paid by you directly to the carrier, who collects them on arrival.
Payment & returns
Full payment is required in advance. Custom orders are non-refundable. Our errors will be corrected free of charge; client-requested changes will incur additional fees.

Hand wash cold · mild detergent · do not bleach · do not wring · dry in shade · cool iron on reverse.
